A Piece of Cake

So we went back to Ogunquit last Saturday, and within about 2 hours of hitting town we had:

1. Ordered two cakes for the lunch. Lemon coconut cake, not "wedding" cake- but what we like and judging by the goodies we took home from the same bakery, it'll be great.

2. Met the florist, who I had spoken to on the phone a few weeks ago. She showed us the flowers she planned to use for my bouquet, and I think she'll do a great job.

3. Had lunch at the restaurant where we will go after the ceremony, and talked to one of the owners. He showed us a nice sunny room where we will be out of the mainstream, and said we would be able to stay as long as we like.

So that's pretty much it. We have to finish the paperwork when we get there on the Friday before the wedding. Then Saturday we'll be figuring out how to get flowers & cakes picked up, and everyone transported to the site. Then there will be nothing left to do but enjoy the day. And our life together.
